Founded by Charles Dumancas and Leeroy Shoko, LuvPark utilizes a GPS-based Smart Parking System to provide its users with real-time updates on parking availability for both cars and motorcycles.

While still in its early stages, the service is available in 22 locations in Metro Manila, like Quezon City, Ortigas, Pasig, Mandaluyong, and Makati, as well as some parking facilities in Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan, and Bacolod City. Once registered in the app, users can find available parking near the particular location or search for a different one. When a parking site has been chosen, the app will show the site's open hours, available slots, parking rates, valet parking offers, and even the type of floor the lot uses. Directions are also provided and advanced booking can also be done. Payment can be made onsite or through cashless means. 

By cutting out the search for parking, LuvPark helps you avoid extra minutes on the road and reduce the stress of the daily commute.
