Launched in December, the official YouTube channel of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure serves as a digital outlet into the investigation of the flood control scam. Born out of the public protests in September, this channel was created to answer the Filipino people’s call for genuine transparency in how their taxes are being used.

By livestreaming investigations—beginning with the landmark session involving Laguna 5th District Rep. Benjamin Agarao Jr.—the ICI aims to bring the fact-finding process directly to the citizens. It allows every Filipino to witness the questioning of public officials, such as Ilocos Norte 1st District Rep. Sandro Marcos, as the Commission probes into the truth behind flood control projects.
