Established in its hometown of Cagayan de Oro, the third-wave specialty cafe and roastery founded by Harley Keith Yu sources its beans from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Panama, and, of course, the Philippines. Carrying everything from natural-, experimental-, and honey-processed beans, H Proper roasts their coffee in-house for espresso and filter brews.

With the same calm and compelling experience of their previous branches, H Proper anchors the busy shopping and business district with signature drinks, cocktails, and specialty coffee, complemented by appetizers, all-day breakfast, and entrees that blend global sensibilities with local tastes.

At its new branch in The Podium, the cafe serves craft coffee in a mall-friendly setting, where the Flat White is flawless and the Sunday Roast is available every day.
