Restaurants with big "gimmicks" usually make us a little nervous—all too often, the decor is a 10 and the food is just mid. Incanta, however, is an exception that does it exactly right, perfectly balancing its stunning cave-like interiors with a menu that actually packs a punch. This bar and restaurant was built to elevate your dining and nightlife experience at the gastronomic heart of Quezon City, Tomas Morato Avenue.

Here, you’ll find a menu where familiar Filipino favorites are cleverly hidden within Japanese techniques by Michelin Guide chef Frances Tariga. It features inventive dishes like Habhab Yakisoba and Pakbet Tempura, alongside heavy-hitting Japanese staples like the Chilean Seabass with Miso Glaze and the Cave Wagyu Sando. Served alongside a world-class dinner show and a killer cocktail lineup, it’s definitely a full sensory experience you must try.

Incanta is located at 70 Scout Limbaga, Brgy. Laging Handa, Quezon City, and is open daily from Monday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 3 a.m.

Price range: P150-P270 for coffee, P420-P570 for cocktails; roughly P180-P995 per person
