At Burger & Lobster’s first location in Manila, simplicity is the main attraction. Best known for “making two products the absolute best they can be”—you guessed it, burgers and lobsters—the London-based restaurant made its debut at SM Aura in February with the same no-nonsense, light-hearted, yet flavor-packed approach that brought it worldwide success.

The menu keeps its focus sharp on signatures, complemented by a few Manila exclusives. The Honcho Burger is hefty, with two smashed patties and sautéed mushrooms topped with a creamy peppercorn sauce. Meanwhile, the Manila Roll combines prawn, lobster, and mango, dressed in calamansi-mayo, and laid between soft brioche rolls. Also not to be missed is the Surf & Turf Platter, with its combination of smoked short ribs, your choice of half or whole lobster, B&L fries, and a house salad that’s absolutely perfect for a feast.

Consistent with the Burger & Lobster experience in cities such as Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Kuwait, and New York, you can also enjoy favorites like The Mayfair Burger, Classic Whole Lobster, and Lobster Roll here in Manila.
