All you have to do is flip the green medallion on your table to say “Yes, please,” (“Sim, por favor”); then, sit back and let the feast to come to you. Fogo’s gaucho chefs—who butcher, carve, and grill Fogo’s meats themselves—will then present you with sizzling cuts of their famous Picanha (prime top sirloin), Bone-in Ribeye, Fraldinha (bottom sirloin), roasted chicken, and more, until you flip the red medallion to say “No thanks” (“Não obrigado”). 

The Full Churrasco lets you enjoy 16 premium cuts of meat, while the Indulgent Churrasco raises the bar with your choice of Butter Poached Lobster Tail or Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and dessert. Both include unlimited access to their Market Table, where you can choose from fresh salads, veggies, cheeses, cured meats, soup, and more to complement your favorite hand-carved meats. You can also opt for just the Market Table if you’re not feeling up for a heavy spread, or order entrees and shareable plates from the à la carte menu. 

Of course, your meal is best enjoyed with their hard-to-resist pão de queijo (cheese bread), Brazilian-inspired beverages, and All-Day Happy Hour, signature, and classic cocktails.
