Because you can’t improve what you can’t measure, the NetHome Plus app gives you a dashboard of your energy use—real-time, daily, or monthly. You can literally watch how your aircon habits translate into pesos saved. The app can track power usage using the Energy Consumption Monitor so you’re always aware and informed about your electricity consumption throughout the day, and as parameters such as the external climate changes.
Performance-wise, the CERTUS AI doesn’t hold back either. The 1.0 hp model clocks in at 9,800 kJ/h which is at above standard cooling capacity—if compared to typical benchmark—and it’s rated 5 stars with a CSPF of 6.14, which basically means it’s ruthlessly efficient. With an estimated cost of just ₱1.63 per hour, it’s one of the lowest-operating units in its class based on independent MERALCO power lab tests.
It’s about quality of life: the built-in Air Purifying Ionizer clears out dust and allergens. The Self-Cleaning system automatically flushes out dirt, mold, and bacteria in a four-stage cycle that runs for about 42 minutes—so you get cleaner air and less maintenance. And if you’re the forgetful type, the geolocation feature on the app can automatically switch the unit on or off as you arrive or leave home within a maximum of 15 km radius. You can even add more household members to the app so your units power on or off depending on their movements as well.
Durability also gets attention. With a wide voltage range from 90V to 270V, the outdoor unit is protected by a UV PCB coating and a condenser grille, both of which guard against corrosion and moisture—especially useful for homes near the coast.
