The BLACKPINK Deadline World Tour stop at the Philippine Arena wasn’t just another concert on the calendar—it was one of the biggest live music moments of the year in the Philippines. From the electrifying crowd to the arena-sized production, the night delivered spectacle at every turn.

BLACKPINK’s return to the Philippines comes as part of their Deadline World Tour, which was officially announced earlier this year. Their highly anticipated two-day concert took place at the Philippine Arena on Nov. 22 to 23.

Here are the standout moments that made the show unforgettable.

Explosive performances from start to finish

The moment BLACKPINK took the stage and fired off powerhouse performances of Let’s Kill This Love, Pink Venom, and How You Like That, the entire 55,000-seat arena erupted in a unified scream. The venue turned into a sea of pink lights, with the crowd instantly singing and dancing along.

Rosé, Lisa, Jennie, and Jisoo commanded the stage with choreography that felt effortlessly known to everyone in the arena. BLACKPINK’s hits have been on repeat in fans’ playlists for years, making every song instantly familiar—and impossible not to sing along to.

The performances were nothing short of spectacular, amplified by dynamic stage elements including pyro, lasers, a full lineup of dancers, and a live band that brought BLACKPINK’s biggest hits to life.

Solo stages that spotlighted each member’s core identity

Then came the solo stages, where each BLACKPINK member was able to showcase her own unique sound and style. Jisoo, with her signature poise and charm, performed Hugs and Kisses and Earthquake. Lisa, full of sass and unmatched stage presence, proved why she’s the group’s main dancer and rapper with electrifying performances of Thunder and Rockstar. Jennie, exuding her ever-cool persona, delivered Like Jennie and Mantra with effortless charisma.

Rosé powered through her performances despite being under the weather

Rosé brought the arena to its emotional peak with her powerful ballads Number One Girl and Toxic Till the End. “I promise you, before we got up, I did not feel very special. I didn’t feel like BLACKPINK, but your screams, cheers, and presence [have] made me feel like—possibly, quite possibly—the number one girl,” she said during her ment. Fighting through a cold, she even had to repeat the song, yet the ever-supportive crowd cheered her on and sang along, lifting her spirits with every note.

The Filipino ‘ments’ that sent the crowd into chaos

Hearing the girls connect with their Filipino BLINKs was one of the night’s highlights. Lisa shared that she had eaten the “best mangoes” the night before, sparking cheers from the crowd. Rosé surprised everyone with a heartfelt “Mahal ko kayo talaga,” even playfully teaching the other members how to say it. But the moment that truly brought the house down was when Rosé exclaimed, “Philippines, the best kayo!” Truly, there’s nothing like a Filipino crowd!

BLINKs in full force: glitter, lights, and non-stop energy

Hours before showtime, the Bulacan venue was already swelling with BLINKs arriving from every direction, dressed in glittered looks, pink accents, and armed with lightsticks that turned the grounds into a glowing pre-show festival.

The Filipino BLINK army in full force! Fans in standout outfits and celebs like Cristine Reyes lit up the Philippine Arena.

Among the crowd, a few familiar faces stood out: Pauleen Luna-Sotto and her daughter Tali, who even joined the dance challenge; BINI members Aiah and Stacey; Cristine Reyes and Ara Mina; and former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Charlie Fleming, who danced along with fans. Truly, there’s nothing like a Filipino BLINK army in full force.

The VISA Pink House and Maya photo booths added to the fun, offering extra chances for photos and freebies, like the VISA Vee key chain, making the day feel even more memorable.
