Get to know Natálie Puškinová, the newly crowned Miss Earth 2025
We have a new Miss Earth queen!
Natálie Puškinová of the Czech Republic was crowned the Miss Earth 2025 on the pageant's silver edition coronation night held on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at Okada Manila. She now takes over the reign from last year’s winner, Jessica Lane from Australia.
During the final question-and-answer round, Natálie said she believes that efforts for both the environment and hunger can be achieved.
"I'm not here today to pick a finger and choose what is worse with environmental causes or social problems. I believe that even though I live on the other side of the world, on the other side, we are still facing the same climate change, and we are facing this issue together. And I believe that if we all unite, we can prevent both hunger and environmental causes. And one message I want to say, protektahan natin ang kalikasan."

From pre-pageant competitions to the finale, Natálie's wit and silver lining advocacy made her the clear winner for this year’s pageant. She also topped the Talent Competition of this year's Miss Earth.
Now that she is set to make her own mark as the new queen of the pageant, it’s time to get to know her better.
Advocates for food waste management
Puškinová brought with her the advocacy of food waste management. She led the initiative, “From Plate to Planet," which aims to reduce food waste and its environmental impacts.
In addition, she is developing the Mini Academy, a youth-led EU Solidarity Corps program that conducts workshops to inspire sustainable living through awareness, empathy, and action.
She also hosted a lecture and a leftover cooking class for children from the local orphanage as an eco activity for the pageant.
She's a certified scuba diver

In one of her ME videos, Puškinová shared that she dreamed of exploring the world at a young age, especially the ocean.
"As a scuba diver, I discovered the beauty of the ocean and learned how important it is to protect what we love," she said.
That sense of connection and care for the world was also driven by when her father died when she was 16.
"He passed away, and this is one thing that changed my life completely," she said during the Top 8 question-and-answer round.
"But I still, till this day, I'm trying to find the strength in me to not only fight for my dreams, to fight what is right, to find the strength, but also to fight for our future, and to fight for our environment. And this is the real I'm studying here today, and I'm pretty sure that my dad is watching me from up there," she added.
She's a marketing and PR student
Natálie is taking up a Marketing and Public Relations degree at Charles University in Prague.
"To me, marketing is not only about strategy, it is about using our voices to inspire change," she said, adding that being able to join the international pageant was an opportunity to inspire youth to take care of the planet.
"Joining Miss Earth is both an honor and opportunity to share my beliefs with passion, education, and responsibility," she added.
