World Bazaar Festival 2025: Celebrating 25 years of holiday magic and Filipino creativity
The country’s leading annual charity bazaar and one of its most beloved holiday shopping traditions marks a major milestone as the World Bazaar Festival (WBF) celebrates its 25th anniversary.
WBF officially kicked off its silver-year festivities with a memorandum of agreement signing ceremony and exhibitors’ orientation held on November 12, 2025, at the World Trade Center Metro Manila—the festival’s official venue partner and long-time home.
The MOA signing brought together key sponsors and partners whose support has helped sustain and grow the festival over the years.
Among the signatories was the ABS-CBN Foundation Inc., WBF’s official beneficiary, represented by Trisha Anne Mandap, resource mobilization officer.

She expressed deep gratitude for the long-standing partnership, saying, “We’re very grateful and honored to be the chosen foundation of Worldbex Services International. This partnership has given a lot of opportunities for the foundation to be of help to our ‘Kapamilya’ here in the country.”
She also extended her congratulations to Worldbex Services International (WSI) on reaching this significant milestone.

Major partners also reaffirmed their support. GCash, the event’s official payment partner, was represented by Martin Kristopher Limgenco II, head of B2B Commercial, who highlighted their commitment to secure and seamless digital transactions. LBC Express, Inc., the event co-presenter, was represented by Kristel Mae Matanguihan, Maceda’s head of Integrated Marketing Communications, who underscored the company’s dedication to delivering meaningful and memorable holiday experiences.

The ceremony also welcomed WBF’s valued event partners. Making their festival debut was Cadre28 Advertising and Communications (Geek + Pop), represented by Earl Patrick S. Manga. Other partners present included the Department of Trade and Industry—MIMAROPA (Jonathan David L. Laxamana); the Christmas Décor Producers and Exporters Association of the Philippines (Rosario P. Dy); the Organization of Bar Professionals (Gerry Ele II); Arcana Studios (Nadz Almadin); Center for Pop Music Philippines, Inc. (Butch Garreth Albarracin); and the ALAFOP Federation of the Philippines (Myla W. Roy-Monido).
Their participation reinforces a shared commitment to uplifting Filipino creativity, innovation, and enterprise.
A milestone celebration
Following the MOA signing, WBF unveiled its 25th Anniversary Grand Launch, a program celebrating its legacy as the country’s foremost holiday shopping destination. The launch introduced this year’s lineup of activities, curated showcases, and new experiential attractions designed to delight both loyal patrons and first-time visitors.
In her message, WSI Managing Director Jill Ang reflected on the significance of the moment.
“Twenty-five years stand as a testament to what meaningful partnerships can achieve,” Ang stated. “We are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us, and we look forward to creating even greater milestones together. As we celebrate this moment, our commitment to serve with purpose shines brighter than ever.”
Her remarks highlight the festival’s enduring mission—to nurture connections, empower communities, and spark joy during the holiday season.
Gearing up for a bigger, brighter festival
The day concluded with the Exhibitors’ Orientation, where merchants were briefed on event guidelines, marketing opportunities, and support services for the upcoming 10-day festival. The session ensured that exhibitors are fully equipped to welcome thousands of holiday shoppers seeking the season’s best finds.
Anchored by trusted partners, a milestone celebration, and a dynamic community of exhibitors, the 25th World Bazaar Festival is poised to shine brighter than ever from Dec. 12 to 21.
Shoppers can look forward to festive deals, local craftsmanship, and cherished holiday traditions—all under one roof.
