PSA birth, marriage, and death certificates are now viewable online

Published Sep 16, 2025 9:37 pm

You can now view birth, marriage, and death certificates, plus CENOMAR and CENODEATH documents online. Even better, you don’t need to visit the Philippine Statistics Office to get printed copies.

Simply go to the nearest PSA CRS (Philippine Statistics Authority Civil Registry System) outlet and have them print the certificates and documents you need.

To request a viewable online copy of the documents, visit the PSA Serbilis website. Fill in the application form, then pay P130 for birth, marriage, and death certificates, and P185 for CENOMAR and CENODEATH documents. Payments have to be made at any PSA outlet, and should be done in person by the document owner or, in the case of a death certificate requirement, by the deceased person’s next of kin.

A unique code will then be given to you after payment. It will lead you to the online copies you need. Take note that these are only for viewing.

If you need printed copies, PSA is giving you two options: for an additional fee, you may have the documents delivered to your preferred address; or, with the DocPrint add-on service, you may print the documents you need at a PSA CRS outlet near you. There are outlets in Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

PSA rolls out this service as part of its Civil Registry System – Information Technology Project Phase II. The Viewable Online and DocPrint options make it more convenient for Filipinos, especially those living in remote areas, to access their documentary requirements.
