Michael, a two-time Winter Olympian, is a 24-year-old Filipino-Japanese figure skater who represents the Philippines. He started ice skating at the age of eight. He is the very first figure skater from Southeast Asia to qualify in the Winter Olympics. He is currently training to qualify for the 2022 Beijing Winter Games. Outside the ice rink, Michael loves to travel, meet new people and know different cultures around the world. He is also into movies and video games. Some of his favorite games are Genshin Impact, Fortnite, Mobile Legends and Pokemon.
