JP Anglo is a Filipino chef who grew up in Bacolod. He has been pushing Negrense food forward with his restaurant, Sarsa. His passion to put Filipino food on the global stage has gotten him recognition as the Philippine representative at the prestigious Gastronomika San Sebastián in 2019.
