Janlee is the managing directress of Castro PR, a gender-progressive, LGBTQ-led public relations firm. As a proud transgender woman, she advocates for LGBTQIA+ rights and HIV-AIDS awareness, volunteering as the PR lead of LoveYourself Inc., a non-profit organization that promotes the said advocacies. She is also the national directress of Miss Trans Global Philippines, an international, digital pageant that champions trans rights through a celebration of beauty that is diverse, inclusive and purposive. Janlee loves fashion, music, food, her family and friends. She hopes to be back on the musical theater stage soon.
