Hubert is the current president of the Anvil Business Club, the foremost association of young Filipino-Chinese entrepreneurs seeking to make a difference in the Philippines. During his college days, he also served as the president of the Alliance of Filipino-Chinese Students, an inter-university group comprising different Filipino-Chinese organizations from top universities in the country. He is also a second-generation entrepreneur helping lead his father’s automotive tire business.
