Number coding scheme suspended on Oct. 31: MMDA

Heads up, motorists!

The MMDA announced the suspension of the number coding scheme on Oct. 31 in an advisory shared on its Facebook page.

"Planuhing mabuti ang biyahe lalo na ngayong panahon ng Undas upang maiwasan ang anumang aberya at mag-ingat sa pagmamaneho," it wrote.

The move was made in observance of All Saints' Day Eve, which is a special non-working holiday. 

According to the MMDA, the number coding scheme is automatically suspended on official and special non-working holidays.
