Excited to see Elphaba, Glinda, as well as the main squad of The Wizard of Oz again?

In the final trailer, the duo is seen living their new lives as the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good. Glinda (Ariana Grande) is a celebrated icon in Emerald City, often carried in a pink bubble and holding her own wand.

Meanwhile, Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) is an exile in a forest and is on a mission to free detained animals. She is also painted as the villain by The Wizard.

It also teased a wedding of Glinda with Fiyero (Jonathan Bailey), and her confrontation with Elphaba, who tells her, "You can wave that wand all you want, but you have no real power."

It also showed first looks at Dorothy, the Tin Man, the Scarecrow, and the Cowardly Lion.

Although it showed cracks in the duo's friendship, the trailer teased their possible reconciliation and their plan to confront the Wizard together to bring change to Oz.

The second film will be “set in the Land of Oz, before and after Dorothy Gale’s arrival from Kansas," which will “cover the events of the musical’s second act, following Elphaba and Glinda’s friendship being put to the test as they embrace their new respective identities as the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good Witch of the North, and how the consequences of their actions will change all of Oz forever.”

Helmed by Jon M. Chu, the movie adaptation of the famous stage musical will tell the story of the witches of Oz. It centers on Elphaba, a young woman with unusual green skin who has yet to discover her true power, and Glinda, who is popular and gilded by privilege and ambition but has yet to discover her true heart.

After meeting as students at Shiz University, Elphaba and Glinda unexpectedly form a close bond. Their friendship, however, gets tested after an encounter with The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, even as their lives take very different paths.

The first part of the film, released in 2024, has grossed over $756 million (over P42 billion) worldwide since its release. It also earned nods from prestigious award-giving bodies, including the Golden Globes and Critics’ Choice Awards, and the Oscars, with 10 nominations.

Wicked: For Good is coming to cinemas on Nov. 21. Watch the final trailer below:
