Local streaming platform JuanFlix is now live again after it temporarily suspended operations in October.

"JuanFlix is back—better, smoother, and more accessible than ever!" the streamer announced on Facebook on Jan. 24.

"Your favorite local streaming platform returns to provide you with a curated lineup of Filipino films, ready to stream anytime, anywhere—right from the comfort of your own home or the convenience of your pocket."

Apart from the JuanFlix website, you can download the streaming app from the App Store and Google Play

JuanFlix is a streaming platform that offers quality content for local and international film enthusiasts, learners, and filmmakers. It boasts a "careful curation of homegrown and world cinema that inspires, enriches, and challenges perspectives."

The platform has a library of free content that you can access by registering. But to unlock all content, you must pay a subscription fee worth P49 per month or P349 per year.

Some of the movies you can watch on JuanFlix include Gitling, Cleaners, City After Dark, Merika, Huling Palabas, Dagitab, Tumandok, Apocalypse Child, Muro-ami, and Gospel of the Beast.

Classics like Oro, Plata, Mata, Tatlong Taong Walang Diyos, Dekada '70, Kiko Boksingero, Feng Shui, and more are also streaming on the app.

Furthermore, there are international films that you can watch via pay-per-view. This includes Portrait of a Lady on Fire, Women Do Cry, Close, Return to Seoul, Aftersun, Corsage, Flow, Anatomy of a Fall, and more.

On Sept. 30, JuanFlix announced that it would temporarily hit pause on operations just days after the JuanFlix Mobile app was launched.

This was done to address challenges and prepare a smoother experience for users.
