Judges, hosts

The selection committee will include Miss Universe 2020 Andrea Meza, Miss Thailand 1998 Chalida Thaochalee, Cuban journalist Ismael Cala, Zimbabwean army colonel Miniyothabo Francisca Baloyi, OPM icon Louie Heredia, Miss Universe 2005 Natalie Glebova, Brazilian artist Romero Britto, Indian badminton player Saina Nehwal, and Venezuelan model Sharon Fonseca.

Meanwhile, comedian and actor Steve Byrne will be hosting the event, while former Miss Universe queens Dayanara Torres and R'Bonney Gabriel were named as commentary hosts.

In an interview last month, the Philippines' bet Ahtisa Manalo, who was in Thailand to host the Mister International 2025 pageant, talked about how she is gearing up for the final competition.

"More than the physical stuff—given na 'yon that when you're Miss Philippines, you do all the physical trainings that the eyes can see—the pressure that you feel when you carry like the hopes and the stories of like all the Filipino people, that's really the thing that I'm training for," Manalo said.

The beauty queen shared that she hopes to be the next Miss Universe queen to be an inspiration and "a symbol of hope that it doesn't matter where you come from in life."

"It doesn't matter your circumstances. You can make your dreams happen if you just work hard enough," she said.
