All Filipinos affected by the apartment fire in Tai Po district are now safe and accounted for, according to the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong.

“The Consulate General has confirmed that of all the Filipino nationals concerned, 92 are safe and accounted for and one is injured and remains hospitalized,” it said in an advisory on Tuesday, Dec. 2.

"All Filipinos who likely worked at the Wang Fuk Court residential complex are accounted for," it added.

The Consulate said the last two overseas Filipino workers listed for verification were found in the Philippines when the fire broke out.

Earlier, the Consulate confirmed the death of Maryan Pascual Esteban, a Filipino domestic worker, due to the HK fire. Meanwhile, fellow domestic helper Rhodora Alcaraz, who rescued a three-month-old baby, remains hospitalized.

The fire is considered the deadliest in Hong Kong in decades, resulting in 151 deaths.

Hong Kong authorities have arrested at least 13 people involved in the tragedy.
