LIST: Welcome another year with these cakes inspired by Pantone's 2026 color 'Cloud Dancer'
Say hello to a lucky and sweet 2026!
Any celebration wouldn't be complete without cake, especially if it involves bidding goodbye to the year that was and looking back at your wins.
Various dessert brands launched 2026 offerings featuring the coming year's Pantone color: Cloud Dancer. The ethereal white hue, according to the Pantone Color Institute, "serves as a symbol of calming influence in a frenetic society rediscovering the value of measured consideration and quiet reflection."
Here are some Cloud Dancer-inspired cakes that can sweeten your 2026 New Year's Eve party.
Amberlyn's
Every year, Amberlyn's comes up with some of the cutest New Year cakes you can find online. Their 2026 collection features Cloud Dancer with some pops of color for more fun. The flavors include chocolate, strawberry, mocha, red velvet, carrot, and vanilla, and prices range from P900 to P1,800, depending on your chosen design.
Butternut Bakery

Butternut Bakery is accepting walk-ins starting Dec. 30 for its available cakes, including its 2026 offerings. We're particularly interested in the Champagne Luxe (6x3/P1,250), which is a lemon pound cake with a bright, buttery finish.
Wadough's
Wadough's has an 8" Minimalist Cake (P2,200) available in a chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet combo as well as a 4" Swirl Cake (P550) with flavors like chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet swirl for intimate gatherings. You may also opt to pay P1,200 for the latter so you can add five cupcakes. "Each piece is thoughtfully finished to reflect balance, warmth, and optimism—because the new year deserves a softer start," it said.
Sweetdazzle

You might also want to check out Sweetdazzle's 2026 dessert line, which is available in 4x2 (P500), 5x3 (P800), and 6x3 (P1,000) sizes. Each one features Pantone's white hue amped up with gold elements like coins for an abundant year ahead.
