After Magic 89.9's radio program Boys Night Out went off the air in late September, hosts Slick Rick (Eric Virata) and Tony Toni (Anthony James Bueno) are set to make their return to the airwaves with a live guesting on a competing station's program, The Morning Rush.

On their social media accounts, radio station Monster RX 93.1 announced that Tony and Slick will be joining Chico Garcia, Hazel Aguilon, and Markki Stroem to host the weekday radio show on Oct. 30.

"Boys Night Out's Tony Toni and Slick Rick finally go live on The Morning Rush for the ultimate radio collab of this year—we know you've been waiting for this one," the station said.

The collaboration will be from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and will be livestreamed on RX 93.1's channels on Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch.

On its comments section, fans expressed their excitement, with one Instagram user saying, "NEVER. I MEAN NEVER have I ever thought this day would come. My 19-year-old self would've been ecstatic!!!"

"Damn what are the odds of that happening," wrote another.

BNO, Magic 89.9’s iconic evening program, gave a statement on Instagram about the abrupt end of their show after 19 years, detailing that it had something to do with "toxic superiors, power-tripping, or division."

"To our dearest Boys' Night Out family on Magic 89.9—thank you for standing with us through 19 unforgettable years. Though new management chose not to give us one last show, every laugh, story, and memory we've shared together will forever live in our hearts," it read.

"We do not condone toxic superiors, power-tripping, or division in the very workplace we called home for nearly two decades... This is not goodbye—the spirit of Boys' Night Out continues to live on through each of you, and together we will carry it into the future," it added.

Days later, BNO confirmed they will return to the air for a final farewell on Nov. 10.

Apart from Tony and Slick, the radio show is also hosted by Suzy (Tin Gamboa). The group is known for its witty banter.
