Lovi Poe celebrates release of her international film 'Bad Man'
Lovi Poe celebrated the release of her new film, Bad Man, which is also produced by her C'est Lovi Productions company.
On Sept. 7, the actress shared photos from the private screening of the film, as well as red carpet pictures with her co-stars.
"Finally got to watch Bad Man for the first time since we filmed it—and wow, I couldn't stop laughing! Such a trip seeing it all come together on screen," she wrote in the caption.
"It also felt good to reunite with everyone and to share this private screening with the cast, crew, and friends who came to support."
She also paid homage to her late castmate Chance Perdomo, who passed away at 27 due to a motorcycle accident in March.
In an earlier post, Lovi shared that sharing the screen with Johnny Simmons, who starred in one of her favorite movies, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, is an experience she "can't fully put into words."
"He's such a generous actor. I honestly loved every moment doing our scenes together," she said.
Apart from Lovi, Chance, and Johnny, Bad Man stars Seann William Scott, Rob Riggle, Ethan Suplee, Kaitlin Doubleday, Marcelle LeBlanc, Erik Audé, and John Patrick Jordan.
The film follows Sam Evans (Johnny) as he tackles a meth epidemic. Upon the arrival of Bobby Gaines (Seann), an undercover agent, Sam is sidelined, despite his local ties. Suspicions arise about Bobby, unraveling a complex narrative.
This marks Poe's second international feature after her 2023 biopic The Chelsea Cowboy alongside Alex Pettyfer and Poppy Delevingne.
Lovi recently celebrated another milestone in her life as she announced that she and her husband, Monty Benclowe, are expecting their first baby.
