LOOK: Carly Rae Jepsen and Cole MGN expecting their first child together
Carly Rae Jepsen is going to be a mom!
The singer-songwriter announced that she and her husband, music producer COLE MGN, whose real name is Cole Marsden Greif-Neill, are pregnant with their first baby.
"Oh hi baby," she wrote in the caption. In the post, she included black-and-white photos of herself showing her baby bump, sitting on a bed next to her husband.
Greif-Neill showed his love for their baby in the post's comments section, dropping three heart-eyed emojis.
Jepsen previously shared in an interview with PEOPLE Magazine that she and her husband kindled a romance while they were collaborating on her 2023 album, The Loveliest Time.
The couple announced their engagement in September 2024. They tied the knot at the Chelsea Hotel last Oct. 4.
Jepsen and Greif-Neill only had about 100 guests in the hotel’s Bard Room as they wanted it to feel "romantic and full of emotion." While they expected to cry as they said their vows, Carly said no tears were shed thanks to the joyful atmosphere in the room.
"This day felt like the exception. It was better than either one of our wildest dreams. We felt connected through the whole thing, which was really important to us. In fact, we even had a few special songs planted in the DJ’s setlist so that, no matter where we were at the moment, when we heard those songs, we would come find each other," she said in an interview with Vogue.
As a music producer, Greif-Neill has won six Grammy Awards and has worked with Anderson.Paak, Beck, Snoop Dogg, Charlotte Gainsbourg, and many more.
Jepsen is known for her songs Call Me Maybe, I Really Like You, Good Time, and Lost in Devotion, among others.
