John Lloyd Cruz and Ellen Adarna reunite for son's piano recital
Ex-partners John Lloyd Cruz and Ellen Adarna have reunited for their child's piano recital.
As seen in a series of Instagram stories by talent manager Van Soyosa, the ex-couple met to support their son Elias' musical performance.
Their little one can be seen posing for a photo with his parents as he holds a certificate of achievement in one of the posts that Ellen reshared on her own account.
In other IG stories, Elias can be seen playing the piano skillfully to the audience's applause. In another, the actress is holding Liana, her daughter whom she shares with her husband Derek Ramsay.
Cruz and Adarna began their low-key romance in 2017 and welcomed Elias a year later.
Breakup rumors started circulating in 2019, but Adarna only confirmed it in 2020.
In July 2023, Adarna shared that Cruz has been providing financial support for their child even after their split, adding that the latter even “insisted on doubling it.”
Later that year, Cruz also opened up about his fatherhood journey, saying Elias positively impacted his life.
The former couple has since started new relationships and are in a co-parenting set-up. Elias is living with his mother.
Derek and Ellen tied the knot in November 2021 but are currently on the rocks due to alleged cheating. Cruz, meanwhile, has been in a relationship with Isabel Santos since October 2023
