LIST: The winners of the 2025 MTV Music Video Awards

The 2025 MTV Video Music Awards delivered an unforgettable night in the music industry, with new stars rising and icons solidifying their legendary status. 

Lady Gaga, who led this year's nominations with 12 in total, claimed the top prize for Artist of the Year, Best Collaboration for Die With A Smile (with Bruno Mars), Best Direction, and Best Art Direction for Abracadabra.

The collaborative hit between ROSÉ and Mars, APT, on the other hand, took home Song of the Year, while Ariana Grande's brighter days ahead bagged the Video of the Year Award. 

Global girl group KATSEYE, meanwhile, was hailed as MTV PUSH Performance of the Year with their hit song Touch.

This year, the VMAs added two new categories: Best Pop Artist and Best Country Video, which were won by Sabrina Carpenter and Megan Moroney, respectively.
