The teaser trailer for the latest Street Fighter movie is out!

Revealed at the 2025 Game Awards, the one-minute sneak peek wasted no time, firing off a Hadouken-charged burst of energy as it introduced viewers to each member of the newest cast as they heavy-punched and lightning-kicked each other out.

Almost everyone in the cast is present, mostly donning video game-accurate costumes: the fearsome comrades Ryu and Ken, the calm and collected Chun-Li, the mean-looking Guile with his signature long flat top, and even the broodingly sinister M. Bison.

“Estranged Street Fighters Ryu (Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo) are thrown back into combat when the mysterious Chun-Li (Callina Liang) recruits them for the next World Warrior Tournament: a brutal clash of fists, fate, and fury," its synopsis read as per Variety

Also joining the cast are Cody Rhodes as Guile, Orville Peck as Vega, 50 Cent as Balrog, Jason Momoa as Blanka, Vidyut Jammwal as Dhalsim, Oliver Richters as Zangief, Hirooki Goto as E. Honda, David Dastmalchian as M. Bison, Roman Reigns as Akuma, Andrew Schulz as Dan Hibiki, Eric André as Don Sauvage, Mel Jarnson as Cammy, Rayna Vallandingham as Juli and Alexander Volkanovski as Joe.

The film is a reboot of the movie franchise that started with the campy 1994 Street Fighter movie and the critically panned 2009 spinoff Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li. It is co-produced by Legendary Pictures and Japanese video game company Capcom and distributed by Paramount Pictures and is directed by Kitao Sakurai from a screenplay by Dalan Musson.

The film will hit theaters Oct. 16, 2026.
