Highlands Coffee, a Vietnamese company that is largely owned by a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, also made it to the list.
For the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list, Great Place To Work analyzed employee feedback, company programs, and workplace strategy through six essay questions whose results were rigorously evaluated and cross-reviewed based on research-driven criteria.
"From what companies share in datapoints and essays, they identify the organizations that offer the most generous, caring, and innovative programs reflecting a genuine commitment to meet their people’s needs inside and outside the workplace, as validated by what employees themselves report in survey results," their statement read.
To be eligible, employers must have 1,000 or more employees and cannot be a government agency.
"As the [Southeast Asia] region continues to evolve, the 100 Best Companies set the standard for what it means to be a truly great workplace—and prove that investing in people is the surest path to sustainable success," Fortune said.
