Claudine Barretto claims her personal assistant kidnapped her children
Claudine Barretto has alleged that her personal assistant kidnapped her three children, Sabina, Quia, and Noah.
In a livestream on her Facebook account, the actress claimed that Marisol Acap took her children with help from some of her fans from "Team Baliwag" and has now reached out to authorities to locate her.
"If in 15 minutes my children are not here, I am going to go after Marisol or Maria Solita Acap for kidnapping my children," she said on Jan. 24. "My right hand, my PA, together with some fans, na-trace na po ng [National Bureau of Investigation]."
Barretto stressed that she is not making a joke and that the situation is very serious.
"Marisol, ibalik mo ang mga anak ko dito. Kanina ka pa dapat sa Katipunan. Inaantay ka na ng NBI dito. At sa lahat ng 'Team Baliwag,' whose loyalty is supposed to be mine, please come clean," she said.
"Bring my children now dahil huling-huling na kayo ng Team Baliwag group mo sa group chat with my Claudinians, slandering my name, destroying me and using my children, extorting money from my fans," she added.
Barretto also alleged that an unnamed person wanted to cause harm to her. "And you, you know who you are. Hindi ka talaga titigil hangga't 'di mo ko mabaliw o mapatay," she said.
While Barretto didn't specify their identity, she appeared to give a hint at who it was, "Nanay ako ng mga anak mo. If anything happens to me, especially sa fiesta ng General Santos, alam niyo na po, dalawang tao lang ang gumagalaw."
Barretto ended her statement by saying she is ready to face her former partner in court.
"At ikaw, malalaki na mga anak ko. Magkita tayo sa VAWC (Violence Against Women and their Children). You want me dead? Dahil 'di kita binabalikan? Bring it on. Bring it on. Multuhin ka sana ng nanay at tatay mo," she said.
In another update, Barretto shared a screenshot of a post supposedly made by Sabina, which read, "Ate Sol, please surrender yourself to the authorities. You took Noah, Quia, and I. Now you are hiding. The authorities are looking for you in the village. How could you do this to us?"
"You do anything bad to any of my children, magtago ka na! Simula pa lang 'to. Marisol, masisira buhay mo, promise! I am a mother! 'Yan ang pinakamali mong ginawa! 'Wag mga anak ko! Claudinians at RYCB ko at higit sa lahat 'wag ako Sol!" Barretto captioned the post.
Sabina, Quia, and Noah are the adopted children of Barretto. She also has one son from her past marriage with Raymart Santiago.
