Who's excited for MAMAMOO's comeback?
K-pop girl group MAMAMOO is set for a major comeback, planning to release their first full-group album in nearly four years, according to News1. The new album is expected in June 2026.
Their agency, RBW, confirmed the news, saying, “MAMAMOO is currently preparing for a full-group comeback with the goal of releasing it in June next year,” adding, “They are also planning a world tour, starting with domestic concerts.”
MAMAMOO debuted in 2014 as a quartet with members: Hwasa, Moonbyul, Solar, and Wheein. The KPOP superstars are well-known for their consistent chart-toppers, including Um Oh Ah Yeh, You're The Best, Décalcomanie, Yes I Am, Starry Night, Egotistic, Wind Flower, gogobebe, HIP, and AYA.
In 2022, MAMAMOO released their 12th EP Mic On with the chart-topping hit Illella. They held their first-ever world tour titled “MY CON” in Manila last February 12, 2023, but most members have largely focused on their successful solo careers since.
