We have a new Tanduay cover girl!
The liquor brand officially announced Andrea Brillantes as its 2026 calendar girl on Nov. 14 at The Elements in Eton Centris.
The 22-year-old Senior High star made an entrance in a red dress paired with a dramatic feather coat. For her opening number, she quickly removed her dress to reveal a shimmering two-piece outfit adorned with silver beads and crystals.
She was later introduced back on stage, wearing a corset-type red lace gown.
Brillantes also shared a poster of her, which notes a resemblance to the iconic cover art of the 1999 film, American Beauty.
“When I found out, I was honestly shocked. Like, ha? Talaga ba?” she said as she took the stage. “Growing up, I’d always see the Tanduay Calendar Girls as these strong, confident, iconic women, so to actually be one now feels surreal. It’s such an honor and definitely a huge milestone for me."
The actress shared that it took a lot of mental and physical preparation to become a Tanduay Calendar Girl.
“I had to be disciplined with my meal plans and make sure I felt good inside and out. I also studied each concept with the team because I wanted every photo to show a different side of me.”
Additionally, the 22-year-old star shared that she's embracing a renewed sense of maturity in her career now.
“People have watched me grow up, and now they’re seeing me as a woman,” she said. “I’m more sure of myself, more intentional with the things I do, and more confident to take control of my career. Hindi na siya about proving anything. It’s about enjoying where I am and celebrating how far I’ve come.”
“I’ve made mistakes, learned from them, and now I know myself better. Mas marunong na akong pumili. Whether it’s people, projects, or where I put my energy. I’ve learned to protect my peace, trust my gut, and stand by my choices. I feel stronger and more grounded now."
Brillantes started out as a child star on Goin' Bulilit at the age of 7 and has since taken on many roles, including her first titular role as Annaliza in 2013.
She's best known for her role as Marga Bartolome in ABS-CBN's afternoon primetime drama series Kadenang Ginto alongside "The Gold Squad," which included rising stars Francine Diaz, Kyle Echarri, and Seth Fedelin.
The 22-year-old actress parted ways with her longtime talent agency Star Magic in February this year. She's now under Shirley Kuan, who also manages Bea Alonzo.
Outside the limelight, Brillantes is also an entrepreneur, serving as the CEO of her own beauty brand, Lucky Beauty.
Recent Tanduay cover stars have included Julia Barretto in 2024 and Kim Chiu in 2025, among other notable figures.
