Sandara Park is buzzing with joy after she received cheers from her Filipino fans when she performed at the Shoot of Asia basketball exhibition game.

On her Instagram account, the 2NE1 member took the time to express her gratitude to those who enjoyed her performance of her 2004 hit song In or Out at the Mall of Asia Arena.

"Last night at Shoot of Asia in the Philippines, I was so moved watching all the moments you captured," she wrote in the caption of her post that compiled moments from her performance.

"Hearing the cheers again made me emotional—thank you for giving me such an unforgettable moment," she added. "To everyone who shared the clips, and to my content team, thank you for making this night shine even brighter. Mahal ko kayo. Maraming salamat."

Apart from In or Out, she also delighted the crowd by belting out her song Kiss and some of 2NE1's hits, such as I’m the Best and Go Away.

In the comments section, many Filipinos highlighted how nostalgic it was to see the K-pop star perform some of her iconic songs again.

"Grabe 2009 to 2015, baliw na baliw ako kay Sandara. Dami ko posters of her sa room ko. Nandun din ako sa studio nung GGV niya, pumila ng matagal. Not as huge of a fan na pero it makes me so happy whenever I see her posts na nasa Pinas siya. She is well loved by Filipinos!" one user wrote.

Another commented, "No matter how many new faces rise in the industry, you’ll always remain the blueprint! Forever relevant, forever iconic."

Sandara served as the manager of South Korea’s Rising Eagles at the Shoot of Asia game, consisting of Su In, NCT’s Johnny, SHINee’s Minho, Eunseok, Kim Taek, Dae Hee, Seunghoon, Jinwoon, Chanwoong, Kyumin, and Taejin.

Meanwhile, the Philippines was represented by the Kuys Showtime team of Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Billy Crawford, David Licauco, JC De Vera, Wendell Ramos, Ronnie Alonte, Dustin Yu, Arthur Nery, Adie, Ion Perez, Baileys Acot, and Johannes Rissler.

Sandara rose to fame in the Philippines as a contestant on the ABS-CBN talent show Star Circle Quest in 2004. She went on to find success in acting and singing before returning to South Korea in 2007.
